Besides being very beautiful and funny, this Cake is really easy to make.
It is ideal for Fair Themed Parties, but you can use it in Circus or Clown themed parties as well.
Make the base with a normal cake. Use a Rice Krispies cake to shape the wheel. Place some Cupcake bases to make the chairs. Stick them to the Rice Kripies cake with toothpicks.
